On 11th, December, headed by Zhu Haiying, the secretary general of China Chemical Equipment Association, the evaluation panel consists of three experts came to SHCM for a two-day examination on Special Equipment (Pressure Vessel) Design License expiry replacement. SHCM successfully passed the evaluation. The Special Equipment (Pressure Vessel) Design License is a mandatory permit license that all the pressure vessel design companies must obtain. The license will be uniformly issued by the General Office of National Quality & Technology Inspection and Quarantine. As the pressure vessels have greater potential danger in the daily usage, the General Office of National Quality & Technology Inspection and Quarantine is always very strict on the qualification evaluation details of pressure vessel design and manufacture. Especially for the Pressure Vessel Design License, the applying enterprises are strictly required to employ the management staff and professional design staff who are applicable for the relative laws and regulations. The strict requirements include: sound quality management system and regulations under operation, safety technology standard and specifications applicable to the scope of certification, guarantee to the safety performance of the products meeting the basic requirements of the Special Equipment Safety Technology Specifications and so on.
During the two-day examination, the experts of the evaluation panel conducted serious, careful, and strict full-scale examination to SHCM, especially the Technical R&D Department of SHCM. The experts also had a rigorous assessment to SHCM professionals. The experts feel satisfactory to the examination result and they will report to the Head Office of National Quality & Technology Inspection and Quarantine, new license is to be issued.
