From 23rd to 25th of August, the evaluation panel consists of three experts from China Special Examination Institute came to SHCM for the evaluation and examination of Ⅲ Category Pressure Vessel Manufacturing License Replacement. SHCM successfully passed the evaluation.
The evaluation was carried out in accordance to the Regulations on Special Equipment Safety Supervision, the Implementation Method on Special Equipment Administrative Licensing (Trial), the Method on Boiler Pressure Vessel Manufacturing Management, the Examination & Evaluation Details on Special Equipment Licensing of Manufacture, Installation, Remolding, and Maintenance, and other related regulations. The evaluation was divided into three groups for examination based on the license replacement procedures: No.1 group is Quality Management System Group which is responsible for the quality guarantee system build-up and implementation. No.2 group is Resource Condition Group which is responsible for the enterprise basic condition verification, including the human resource and operation condition. No.3 group is Product Examination Group which is responsible for the safety performance of finished products and producing products. The three groups carried out the verification separately.
In the morning of 25th August, the last meeting of license replacement was convened in the meeting room of SHCM. Each of the evaluation panel experts gave an evaluation summary report based on their evaluation working. They highly affirmed the quality management, staff quality, production capacity, and engineering level of SHCM. The panel head Zong Lixin declared the evaluation result: Hebei Shenghao Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. is eligible for the license replacement of A2 Class Pressure Vessel Manufacture
Liu Shenglin, the SHCM general manager, expressed his thanks to the evaluation panel for their practical, strict, and efficient working. Liu also regarded this evaluation procedure is an encouragement for SHCM and a good opportunity to study and improve. The evaluation laid a good foundation for SHCM to develop into a more standard and modernized enterprise.
